Return and Cancellation Policy
At Joyboy Collect, we value your trust and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. Please carefully review our policies for both TCG and non-TCG items below:
Return Policy for TCG Items
Due to the nature of sealed products in the TCG industry, we do not offer returns for TCG items. However, if your order arrives damaged or not as described, please email us at joyboytcg.official@gmail.com, and we’ll make it right.
Return Policy for Non-TCG Items
- Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return Shipping: We provide free return shipping for non-TCG items.
- Restocking Fee: A 3% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Items must be returned in their original condition, including packaging and any included accessories. Refunds will be processed once the returned item is inspected.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations can be requested prior to shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred from the initial transaction.

By submitting your pre-order, you agree to be legally bound by these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions.
1. Pre-Order and Acceptance
Each pre-order you submit for a product creates an order to purchase that product. Pre-orders are completed when you provide your shipping address and payment is captured. Pre-orders are subject to JoyboyCollect’s acceptance and may be rejected at any time for any reason at our discretion. If we are unable to fulfill your order within the stated period, you will be fully refunded the purchase price.
JoyboyCollect will send a confirmation email to the address provided when your products are ready for shipment. If your pre-order cannot be completed, you will receive a notification by email. For questions or concerns regarding pre-orders, please contact us at joyboytcg.official@gmail.com.
2. Cancellation & Refunds
We value your right to cancel your order prior to shipment. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us directly. All cancellations are subject to a 3% cancellation fee to cover non-refundable payment processing costs.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place a pre-order. By agreeing to these Pre-Order Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. If you are placing a pre-order on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
4. Payment
Payment will be captured at the time of order and held until your order is shipped and fulfilled.
5. Shipping and Delay
You are pre-ordering a product that will be prepared for you in the future. Shipping dates are indicative only; actual shipping dates depend on manufacturing schedules, your order date, and other factors. Shipping dates are subject to change without notice.
